NUNE
(On the 120th anniversary of Nina Aghajanova-Shutko)
True human properties prove themselves in the ability to compare and see the past, present and future.
Nina Aghajanova-Shutko
The Russian October Revolution left a number of Armenian names whose legacy, as in the case of most such activists, has been depreciated and forgotten with the revision of history. However, one of them immortalized herself in the history of art by her further cultural activity.
Her name is Nina Aghajanova-Shutko; she was a Bolshevik activist who authored the scenario for the Sergei Eisenstein film "The Battleship Potemkin", one of the best 10 films for all times.
